State Mileage Report for IFTA<\/b><\/p>\n

This document covers how to run a <\/span>GPS-based State Mileage report for IFTA<\/a><\/b>. \u00a0The primary and preferred way to do this is through the GPS tracking platform. \u00a0This uses point-by-point GPS to give the mileage by state for each vehicle that you select. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To run this:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

  1. <\/b> Click on the large \u201cREPORTS\u201d tab and choose the \u201cDownloads\u201d submenu option.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/b> Select the report type as \u201cMultiple Device\u201d and scroll down to select the \u201cState Mileage Summary\u201d report.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. <\/b> Select the vehicles that you would like to run this for.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. <\/b> Select the date range for the quarter (Q1) and hit \u201cNext\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. <\/b> Click the \u201cDownload Report\u201d option<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. <\/b> One Ready, click the \u201cReady\u201d button to download it to your computer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please note, mileage is based on GPS tracking from the device in the vehicle. \u00a0If this has been replaced or was not installed over the entire timeframe, then the report will be partial. <\/span><\/p>\n

    FOR ELD CLIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If using a Pacific Track<\/a> device, it is imperative that the driver connects to the equipment from the ELD app every time. \u00a0If this is not the case, you will want to review the mileage closely or use an Odometer-based IFTA report based on what the driver has input on the ELD Driver app.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please note, mileage is based on the Odometer value that the driver has approved at each HOS transition using ELD.\u00a0 If the driver has not been using ELD accurately over the entire data range, then the report will be partial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
