This is where you also store shipment data, send the certified logs to its intended recipients and manage other driving duty information. Also this is where you can determine the cycle used and \u2018Start Hour\u2019 time.<br \/>\n<b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The daily log for the current day will be in expanded view by default. The daily driver logs for the previous days will be in collapsed view.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1147\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-102557.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><\/span><br \/>\nTap the <strong>Driver Log Accordion\/Collapsible Menu Header<\/strong> to expand or collapse the driver log entries.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-96\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-2.png\" alt=\"driver-log-2\" width=\"320\" height=\"32\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<strong>Using the Driver Logs Bulk\/Multiple Selection Functions<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>The first part of the Drivers Log\u2019s user interface features controls and information for the bulk\/multiple selection features. Once the driver accepts an edit request, it will display a note on the daily driver\u2019s title log stating \u201c<strong><em>Recertify<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, which indicates the log needs to be certified again in order to include the records changes.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-483 \" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/recertify-log.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"33\"><\/li>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-73\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-9.png\" alt=\"driver-log-9\" width=\"54\" height=\"51\"> <strong>Recap Button:<\/strong> Tap the button to bring up the recap information for the specified duty day and corresponding cycle data as of the said specified day.<\/li>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-74\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-10.png\" alt=\"driver-log-10\" width=\"49\" height=\"50\"> <strong>Certify Button:<\/strong> Tap the button to certify the selected daily log.\n<ul type=\"1\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Certify Now button<\/strong>, if the current status is Driving, a dialog will pop-up to confirm changing the status to off-duty.<\/li>\n<li>If there are Pending Edit Requests, the Pending Edit Request dialog will appear prompting the driver to accept or reject the events before certifying the log<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>Cancel button<\/strong> to cancel changing the status.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-75\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-11.png\" alt=\"driver-log-11\" width=\"382\" height=\"96\"><\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Agree button<\/strong> to confirm certifying a daily log.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>Not ready button<\/strong> to cancel certifying a log.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-76\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-12.png\" alt=\"driver-log-12\" width=\"382\" height=\"101\"><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Daily Log PDF report<\/strong> will then be generated.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application also supports generation of the Driver\u2019s Daily Log when in Offline mode. These logs are then stored locally in the <\/span><b>App Name<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s directory, same location as to where the DVIR Reports (pdf) are stored.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><br \/>\nPer FMCSA ELD rule 395.15 (c) (11) The names of the co-drivers are displayed and are listed either on the same line as the list of Violations and Exceptions or below it. Also the Vehicles\/Trailers used by the driver(s) are also displayed. <em>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/folderview?id=0B0wgf8DUjH2kV3VraU84M2t4Yk0&amp;usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> to view a sample of the Daily Log PDF report.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul type=\"1\">\n<li>Tap the <strong>OK<\/strong> button to confirm the certification of the driver\u2019s daily log.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-77\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-13.png\" alt=\"driver-log-13\" width=\"382\" height=\"69\"><\/li>\n<li>However if the driver did not certify all the daily logs, the ELD prompts the driver upon logging in and logging out to the app when there\u2019s a past recorded log that are not yet certified.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-535\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/StaticShot_28-04-2016_14-40-55.png\" alt=\"uncertified logs dialog\" width=\"385\" height=\"204\"><\/li>\n<li>Tapping on the Certify button will display the certify dialog. Upon certifying the driver\u2019s daily log(s) it will create a Certify event with a remark which states: \u201c<strong>Certified Log &lt;date of the log&gt;<\/strong> \u201d and will be recorded and displayed on the Edit Logs screen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-83\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-19.png\" alt=\"driver-log-19\" width=\"38\" height=\"47\"> <strong>Edit Button:<\/strong> Tap the button to uncertify the selected daily log and reopen the said log for editing. <br class=\"clear\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only driver logs that have not yet been certified can be edited, If a user wants to edit an entry for a day that\u2019s already certified, a warning dialog will launch the \u201cuncertify dialog\u201d before letting the edit occur.\n<ul type=\"1\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Uncertify Now button<\/strong> to confirm uncertifying a daily log.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>Cancel button<\/strong> to cancel uncertifying a log. <br class=\"clear\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1146\" style=\"border: 1px solid;\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-09585112.png\" width=\"385\" height=\"152\"><\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>OK<\/strong> button to confirm the uncertification of the driver\u2019s daily log.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-80\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/driver-log-16.png\" alt=\"driver-log-16\" width=\"320\" height=\"69\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daily Driver Logs Full Time Range: <\/strong>Displays when the <strong>Start Hour<\/strong> value is not set to zero or default (12AM).<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-406\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/logs4.jpg\" alt=\"logs4\" width=\"320\" height=\"42\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Driver Logs Accordion \u2013 Expanded View Features\/Editing a Driver Log<\/strong><\/span> <strong>Daily Driver\u2019s Log Chart:<\/strong> Tap the driver\u2019s log chart to start editing it.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-404 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/log2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"216\"> <br class=\"clear\"><em>For further information on how to update driver logs, please proceed to the <strong>Hours of Service App<\/strong> <strong>Edit Driver\u2019s Log<\/strong> help screen.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Daily Driver\u2019s Form:<\/strong> This is where you can view the other required information that should be in the driver\u2019s daily log. <br class=\"clear\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1201 size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid;\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Driver-Log-Info-1717-min.jpg\" width=\"350\" height=\"312\"><br \/>\nThe following are the information you can view:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Driver Information<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Driver Name <\/strong>\u2013 This shows the name of the driver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vehicle Information<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vehicle Name <\/strong>\u2013 This displays the Vehicle ID.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trailer Name<\/strong> \u2013 This is where you can view the Trailer ID.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carrier<\/strong> \u2013 This displays the name of the carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Shipping Information<\/strong><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipping Docs<\/strong> \u2013 This is where you can view the bill of lading or manifest number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipper &amp;
