{"id":1447,"date":"2017-12-05T22:21:28","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T22:21:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wiki.intouchgps.info\/?page_id=1447"},"modified":"2019-02-28T11:13:44","modified_gmt":"2019-02-28T16:13:44","slug":"fuel-receipts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wiki.intouchgps.info\/index.php\/fuel-receipts\/","title":{"rendered":"Fuel Receipts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Back to <strong><a href=\"\/index.php\/eld-learning-center\/\">ELD Driver App<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fuel Receipts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p align=\"left\">The Fuel Receipt\u2019s feature provides an easy way to capture and view fuel receipts purchased related to hours of service activities.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Main Navigation Menu<\/strong>\n<ul type=\"a\">\n<li>Swipe in from the left edge of the screen, or tap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-171\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/78.png\" alt=\"78\" width=\"30\" height=\"30\"> <strong>Main Navigation Hamburger<\/strong> icon to show the main navigation menu.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>Fuel Receipts option<\/strong> in the Main Navigation Drawer.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1129\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-074645.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>After which the <strong>Fuel Receipts<\/strong> screen will then be displayed.<br \/>\n<strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1130\" style=\"border: solid 1px;\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-074715.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><br \/>\nTip:<\/strong>You can change the documents\u2019 view to either <strong>\u201cList View\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>\u201cGrid View\u201d. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Adding a Fuel Receipt<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-191\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/96.png\" alt=\"96\" width=\"30\" height=\"31\"> <strong>Add<\/strong> button.<br \/>\n<strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1130\" style=\"border: solid 1px;\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-074715.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The camera app will then appear to take a picture of the fuel receipt.<\/li>\n<li>After tapping the <strong>Capture Image<\/strong> button, select the <strong>Check<\/strong> mark button to save the image and add it to your document. You can also discard the captured image by selecting the <strong>X<\/strong> mark button.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1131\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-075330.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>note<\/strong><em>: Unlike adding a document (e.g Citation or Bill of Lading), additional fields will be displayed when adding a Fuel Receipts.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Fill in the necessary information.\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Select a state.\n<ol>\n<li>If the state selected is in <strong>US<\/strong>, the odometer and volume unit display is in <strong>Mi<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Gallons<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If the state selected is in <strong>Canada<\/strong>, the odometer and volume unit display is in <strong>KM<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Liters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Vehicle.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select a <strong>Fuel Type<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gallons<\/strong> and <strong>Total Cost <\/strong>values are required.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1131\" style=\"border: solid 1px;\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-075330.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill in the <strong>Odometer<\/strong> value (<em>optional, this automatically populated with the odometer provided by the VBUS device<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Fill in your reference number in the <strong>Reference No.<\/strong> field.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-194\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/99.png\" alt=\"99\" width=\"446\" height=\"37\"><\/li>\n<li>Fill in the <strong>Notes<\/strong> field for your notes\/remarks.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-196\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/992.png\" alt=\"99\" width=\"409\" height=\"39\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>After filling in all the fields you can now tap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-197\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/100.png\" alt=\"100\" width=\"156\" height=\"25\"> <strong> button<\/strong> to successfully add the document.<br \/>\nYou can also tap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-198\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/101.png\" alt=\"101\" width=\"164\" height=\"28\"> <strong>button<\/strong> to cancel adding the fuel receipt.<strong>Notes: <\/strong>For every Fuel Receipt created via the App Fuel Receipt feature, it creates a Remark event, found on the Edit Logs screen, with a note \u201c<em>Purchased 1.345 gallons at $53.80 price <\/em>(<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">sample note for the above purchased<\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Updating and Deleting a Fuel Receipt<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1132\" style=\"border: solid 1px;\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-075342.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Updating a Fuel Receipt<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-200\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/103.png\" alt=\"103\" width=\"31\" height=\"31\"> <strong>Edit<\/strong> button of a specific document.<\/li>\n<li>You can update the appropriate areas on the <strong>Edit Fuel Receipt <\/strong>screen.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1133\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Screenshot_20170619-075409.png\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\"><\/li>\n<li>Tap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-202\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/105.png\" alt=\"105\" width=\"122\" height=\"31\"> <strong>Ok<\/strong> button to save the changes you made in the fuel receipt.<br \/>\nTap the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-203\" src=\"http:\/\/developer.vistracks.com\/hos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/106.png\" alt=\"106\" width=\"114\" height=\"31\"> <strong>Cancel<\/strong> button to cancel modifying the fuel receipt.
