All devices come with a one year warranty, meaning they will be replaced for free if any issues with the device arise within its first year of service. We will send you a new device along with a return label to send the defective device back to us.

If you are on the Free Device Program ($23.95/month), all devices have a lifetime warranty and may always be replaced for free. However, we do not offer free replacements for lost or stolen devices.
