Adding Devices

Additional Units can be added to your account by contacting our Sales Team. .

Removing Devices

Devices can be removed from the account by contacting our Support Team.  Units will remain on the account and the monthly billing unless InTouch is notified otherwise.

Please be aware once a device has been deactivated, it might not be able to be reactivated again in the future. Please check with Support regarding this possibility. If the unit may possibly be used again the future the Seasonal Pause option should be considered.

Tracking history is still available for deactivated devices through the Reports Tab.
